"Health" Commissioner Orders Toddlers Dosed with Mercury Laced Flu Vaccines in NJ

A further example of institutionalized child abuse in NJ

Acting with unexpected rapidity, in the face of what his office admits were
many contacts from the public objecting, and without hearing the opposition,
retiring "Health" Commissioner Jacobs approved dosing NJ children with mercury
laced flu vaccines, targeting toddlers who are especially vulnerable to adverse reactions due to vaccine components such as mercury and other contaminants.

This act of callous disregard for public opinion occurs at the a dominant NJ
Pharma company recalls over one million vaccine doses for contamination.
Vaccinations are an uninsurable medical procedure which have caused over two
billion dollars in Vaccine Injury Compensation Program damages to children
harmed by this alleged "safe" procedure.

"The Commissioner's action is expected to tested through litigation on behalf
of the threatened children.

"DHSS Commissioner Jacobs Approves Amended Immunization Regulations

"New Jersey Health and Senior Services Commissioner Fred M. Jacobs M.D., J.D.,
today approved amendments to the State’s immunization rules, which will
require four additional immunizations for children beginning in September
2008...

"The Public Health Council, by vote at its December 10 public meeting,
recommended to the Commissioner the approval of the adoption of the amendment
and new rules related to Immunization of Pupils in Schools. The rules will be
filed with the Office of Administrative Law for publication...

"The administrative rules will require children attending licensed child care
centers and preschools to receive annual influenza vaccinations and a
pneumoccocal vaccine beginning in September 2008...

"Also, children born after January 1, 1997 and enrolled in grade six or
transferring into a New Jersey school from another state or country will be
required to receive a booster dose of the diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis
vaccine as well as one dose of meningococcal vaccine..."

A growing number of physicians and health researchers are questioning the
conventional wisdom of early, multiple vaccinations and have accused the
pharmaceutical industry of promoting mandatory vaccination for the high
profits generated by this uninsurable risk to the health of children. They
complain that the modern epidemic of autism, asthma and learning disabilities
may be linked to untested multiple vaccine mandated by political appointees
such as the outgoing "Health" Commissioner.

The co-sponsor of a bill pending before the NJ Assembly that would permit
conscientious objection to mandated vaccines, reacting earlier this week to
the pending Commissioner action, stated, according to the Star Ledger,

"'I'm gravely concerned about what's happening here...,' said Assemblywoman
Charlotte Vandervalk (R-Bergen), a sponsor of a bill (A165) that would allow
parents to opt out of the vaccine mandates by filing a "conscientious
exemption" form with the local health department.

'With New Jersey reporting the highest incidence of autism and a cause yet to
be identified, we don't know what will happen,' she said. 'What happened to
our freedom?'"

December 17, 2007 update:

This from the Office of Administrative Law today - the final Rule is expected to be published on January 7, 2008. Since the original proposed rule was published on December 18, 2006 [38 NJR 5284(a)] and finalized by the Commissioner within the one year period permitted by law, the January publishing will be the final step in the process. After that, parents who object to the new mandate will have to seek redress in the courts.

Hilary - I have no email for you, with which to contact you; please email me directly at ralph.fucetola@usa.net.

If you have an AOL email address, please give me an alternative since that service has begun blocking me since I took up the vaccine issue.
