Last month the Secretary of "Health and Human Services" Kathleen Sebelius issued a declaration under the bioterrorism laws to provide "liability protections for pandemic countermeasures" including vaccines... well, OK, so what's new? Vaccine pushers have been exempt from liability since the early '80s.
The "declaration" it turns out bears rather closer scrutiny for what it also says, and doesn't say, about the vaccines themselves.

But what is said about the vaccines that are now to be given without liability for the harm they will do is both brief and instructive. The Secretary says: "Whereas, vaccination may be effective to protect persons from the threat of 2009 H1N1 influenza..."
Note the rhetoric; it uses the rubric "MAY" be effective... instead of the standard drug law statement that vaccines "are safe and effective." My colleague, Jim Turner Esq. of Swankin and Turner (www.swankin-turner.com) remarked to me, as we discussed this with Dr. Rima E. Laibow, "To be adjudged "safe and effective" a drug (including vaccine) must have benefits that outweigh the risks..."
So, Madame Secretary, are you telling us, by your very loud silence, that you don't know if the no-liability, uninsurable vaccine is safe? You are certainly telling us you don't know for sure that it is "effective!"
What is going on here with the Pandemic (Weaponized) Vaccine Panic? What is the govt's real agenda?
The last "swine flu" vaccine killed hundreds and no pandemic developed. Maybe people, in general, refusing the killer vaccine in '76 is the reason that flu never became pandemic.
The advanced healthcare theory is the vaccine itself "chooses" which strain of seasonal flu becomes epidemic and it was another experimental pandemic vaccine in 1918 that tiggered that pandemic disaster. Enough people who receive the vaccine always shed a concoction of viral particles that cause the spread of disease.
Rather than vaccines helping the situation, those who receive the vaccine become a present danger to public health! Certainly a threat to the unvaccinated majority.
Saying "NO!" to voluntary or mandated vaccination, it seems, is good for your health, and that of the community.
And holding vaccine makers and pushers liable for the foreseeable harm they cause is the opposite of what our misguided govt is doing...

Open Letter to the Health Freedom Movement - June 21, 2009
Gentlepeople,
This email is going to a group of people who have been leaders in the health freedom movement over the past couple decades. This is an urgent appeal for immediate cooperative action.
With the declaration last week by WHO that the so-called "swine flu" had reached pandemic "Level 6" (they had to change the definition of level 6 to make this determination) a whole series of bureaucratic prerogatives have been triggered, further empowering local, state, national and international agencies. Why has this been done by the "bigs" -- Big Pharma, Big Chema, Big Medica, Big Finance and Big Govt -- what we might call collectively, "Big Sickness"? We think that it has been done for dangerous strategic reasons, to finally strangle our remaining health freedoms, while hugely profiting the sickness industry.
This potential must be prevented. We mean to protect our children and ourselves from a dangerous, weaponized vaccine created to trigger a weaponized primate-avian-porcine pandemic flu. To do so we have considered the power relationships among the various bureaucratic and commercial interests, the needs of the people, and have applied our general, and increasingly successful strategy of "push-back" -- of new media based, mass net roots action to strategicaly jab back, disrupting the power elite's control agenda. In this case, the tactic is to raise the issue of the Right to Self-Quarantine and Self-Shield in the event of a pandemic emergency declaration.
In the few days since we proposed legal protections for those who seek to self-shield instead accept the government's uninsurable vaccines, tens of thousands of people have sent hundreds of thousands of messages to legislators and decision makers, demanding respect for this right and urging legislators to sponsor the "Protecting Americans' Self Shielding" Act [the PASS Act].
In this case, we believe we can derail the WHO / CDC control agenda if we marshall millions of people world-wide demanding respect for voluntary Self-Quarantine and Self-Shielding. This right is rooted in specific language of the Universal Declaration and the Geneva Conventions, as well as the Declaration of Helsinki of the World Medical Association, not to mention US constitutional principles such as the Right to Privacy.

I don't think I need to waste our time convincing any of you that the WHO / CDC agenda is dangerous to you, your businesses and your families. We are in the endgame of a very serious effort by the sickness industry to enable its "final solution" to the advanced healthcare options the recipients of this email represent.

Pandemic Weaponized Flu Alert
Natural Solutions Foundation has continually raised the warning about the potential for a "weaponized" or "engineered" pandemic. See for example the following postings on the Health Freedom blog:

Now we must raise the alarm once again. "Although past weaponization events have failed to trigger the pandemic," Foundation President Gen. Stubblebine suggests, "we must assume the forces at work will produce what world health officials have called the inevitable pandemic."
Whether those forces are the chaos of the natural world, the greed-addicted structure of the health care industry and its Big Phama cartel, or the evil intent of individuals or groups, we know not. One need not believe in conspiracies to observe that social and economic conditions may be such that a pandemic is almost a foregone conclusion. For example, several major foundations are providing significant funding to several dozen laboratories around the world that are studying the Avian Flu virus to find out how easy it might be for "terrorists" to weaponize the flu. How many such labs do you think it takes before it is inevitable that an engineered pathogen will escape?
Before you answer that question, remember that just this past January, as related in the third link above, a shipment of annual flu vaccine was "accidentally" contaminated with live Avian Flu virus... nearly triggering the pandemic.
